The NovaCool32i is an energy-efficient, continuously adjustable indoor chilled water station designed for small to medium cooling needs. Its efficiency has been enhanced through careful component selection, and year-round energy savings can be further improved by integrating free cooling, which utilizes cold outdoor air for cooling production.
Environmentally Friendly
The indoor-installed NovaCool32i chilled water station offers a more sustainable cooling solution for buildings. The R32 refrigerant has a Global Warming Potential (GWP) that is only one-third of traditional R410A.
Safety Concept
The NovaCool32i chilled water station’s frame is specifically designed for R32 refrigerant, ensuring containment even in the event of a failure. The sealed construction prevents refrigerant leakage beyond the casing.
Depending on the application, the safety concept can be configured to either vent refrigerant outdoors or dilute it within the machine room in the event of a leak.
Design guidelines for safety concepts are available for download from the selection software, ensuring a safe system configuration. The unit’s automation and the included exhaust fan ensure safe and reliable operation.
Option Selection Program
The Option selection program simplifies product dimensioning and selection. Once a solution is chosen, the software provides dimensional drawings, electrical schematics, functional diagrams, and technical specifications.
Use of the Option selection program requires registration, and HVAC designers are granted access upon approval.
